Here’s a weight loss tip: grab a few exceptionally skinny friends and go on a trip. For two and a half days, eat what they eat, when they eat, and in roughly the same quantities. Don’t think too closely about what makes a crash diet or whether a full day whose meals comprise black coffee, 7 McDonald’s french fries, a bit of cheese and some crackers, and three ounces of raw fish could possibly be considered part of a healthy eating pattern.
