The Week that Was: 1/25 to 1/31

Posted by: joymanning In: Week in Review

4 meals away from home; one so good, I could not resist eating too much of it!

2 violations of the rules and regs–there was that overeating incident, and I did have three drinks one night, too.

5 alcoholic beverages for the week–about 750 calories. I’m really proud of this stat!

6 workouts at the gym for a total of 300 minutes; that’s approximately 3,000 calories burned. I’m equally proud of this achievement.

For the coming week, my goals are to make some new healthy recipes, hit the 300-minute mark at the gym again, and keep my drinks for the week similarly low–no more than 6.
